Guiding Students and Efficiently Organising Office Hours
This student-centred and competence-oriented guiding is fundamental to successful learning processes.
In this workshop, we will reflect on
• the lecturer’s different guiding roles
• how to guide students in the context of student-centred and competence-oriented learning
• how to structure the guiding process
• how to systematically and efficiently organise office hours
• how to encourage passive and insecure students to actively participate in the guiding process
The workshop consists of three parts: (1) online-meeting for 4 AE, (2) application phase for 1 AE, (3) online-meeting for 3 AE. During the application phase you will either develop a preparatory questionnaire or a protocol template for your office hour.
